My name is Sianne Usher, I am a Parent Governor at St Anne’s Catholic Primary School and I am the link governor for Year 5. I was elected in September 2016 and my term of office is for 4 years. I have two children, both of whom currently attend St Anne’s. As both a parent and a governor I am committed to both the school’s ethos and to ensuring that the school continues to provide the very best for the pupils and families. I look forward to seeing the school build on its successes year after year.
I have worked for Knowsley Borough Council for the past 16 years, firstly as part of the School Attendance team and now within the Council’s Major Developments Team. I provide technical support to the regeneration officers which involves working with Geographical Information Systems, database and spreadsheet design, large scale public consultations, Government data returns and technical illustrations amongst many other things.
Outside of work and school I enjoy reading, crafting and travelling. I also spend a lot of my spare time doing graphic design work for my family’s reprographic company.
