Chatterbox Champion supports children’s mental health by equipping them with the tools to regulate their emotions, build resilience and enhance their overall emotional wellbeing. Led by Mrs Badger, a fully qualified cognitive behavioural counsellor and registered BACP member, these interactive workshops create a safe, nurturing space where children can openly express their feelings, overcome challenges, and gain insights from their peers.
By focusing on low-level, early intervention—proven to be one of the most effective ways to address mental health concerns—these sessions help children develop emotional intelligence, empathy, and problem-solving skills that can support them throughout life. All sessions are fully inclusive and adaptable, tailored to meet the needs of the individual child as well as the school, whether through group workshops or one-to-one sessions.
